Privacy Policy

Who we are

MLS Ready is operated by League Of Vision LLC. This Privacy Policy describes our mobile app, web services and real-estate photo workflows. Contact us at iriszmy@gmail.com for support or privacy requests.

Account and authentication

We process account identifiers, your email address and verification status, and profile details you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number and avatar. Clerk provides authentication. We associate your account with an internal identifier to enforce access to your own projects and photos.

Projects, property information and images

We process project names, property addresses and details you enter, uploaded property photographs, editing instructions, and generated or processed images. Project and processing records include identifiers, status and timestamps. Photos may contain people, possessions or personal information, and original files may contain location or device metadata. Only submit photos you are authorized to use and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Device permissions and local copies

Camera access supports photo capture; motion data supports on-screen leveling and capture guidance. Photo selection and saving depend on the permissions you grant. The app can store captures and temporary files privately on your device to support uploads and downloads. We do not need your contacts or microphone for these photography features.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, save and organize projects, upload and process images you select, provide previews and downloads, maintain credit and purchase records where enabled, respond to support requests, investigate errors, and protect the service. Technical records can include IP addresses, device or browser information, request times and security events.

Service providers

Cloudflare supplies application hosting, database and private object storage. Clerk supplies authentication. Apple distributes the iPhone app and handles in-app purchases where enabled. Enabled Listing Photos enhancement sends selected images to Autoenhance.ai. The current Clean Up and Virtual Staging image-edit integration uses OpenAI. A feature that is disabled does not send an image for that disabled processing action. Authorized operators may access information necessary for support, security or service operation.

Autoenhance image use and retention

Autoenhance.ai’s published terms grant it rights to use submitted images and processing results for AI training and commercial promotional purposes; these rights may survive termination. MLS Ready uses this service under those terms. Do not assume these rights are limited to processing your request. Its published help information describes 30-day availability of uploaded image files. Where we hold provider image identifiers, we submit requests using its image-deletion API and track the outcome separately. File expiration or an API acknowledgement does not prove immediate permanent removal from every backup, log, trained system or previously authorized use.

OpenAI image processing

OpenAI’s published API data controls state that API data is not used for training by default unless the customer opts in. Its image-edit endpoint documents no application-state retention and default abuse-monitoring retention of up to 30 days, subject to stated legal and safety exceptions. We do not represent that Zero Data Retention is enabled for our account. An MLS Ready account-deletion request does not itself guarantee immediate erasure of provider security records or other retained copies.

Storage, security and retention

We use authenticated access and account ownership checks for private cloud images and project records. Our final JPEG delivery process removes specified private metadata and normalizes supported color and orientation information; original uploads may still contain metadata. No system can guarantee absolute security. Operational logs are retained for up to 30 days and security or fraud logs for up to 90 days, with personal information minimized. Resolved deletion-job details are retained for 30 days after resolution; minimal supplier deletion audit records are retained for 90 days. Unresolved deletion work is escalated rather than silently discarded.

Database recovery and backups

Our Cloudflare D1 database supports time-limited point-in-time recovery. Its available recovery history is no more than 30 days and may be shorter depending on the service plan. We have not configured a separate backup of property photo objects and do not claim a retention period for a photo backup that does not exist. Restored data belonging to deleted accounts must be reconciled against our separate deletion registry and re-deleted before the restored service becomes active. User-created downloads and third-party retained copies are separate from these recovery controls.

Deleting your account

In builds where account deletion is available, open Account, then Account Settings, then Delete Account. Deletion normally completes within 24 hours, but may take up to 7 days. We send an email confirmation after our account deletion work is completed, not when the request is merely accepted. Cleanup removes your login identity, profile, projects, upload records and account-owned cloud originals, processing results, thumbnails and delivery copies. Interrupted work is retried. Supplier cleanup is tracked separately and does not suspend cleanup of our controlled data. This timeframe and confirmation do not promise immediate permanent removal of every third-party retained copy or authorized use. If deletion is unavailable in an older build, update the app or contact iriszmy@gmail.com.

Device and legacy deletion limits

The updated app clears reliably account-linked private files and browser project copies on the device making the request. We do not infer ownership of older unassigned files from filenames, dates, project names or nearby folders; such files are preserved unless ownership can be reliably established. We cannot guarantee immediate deletion from an offline device. Photos you save to Photos, Files, another application, another device or share with others are outside automatic MLS Ready account deletion and remain under the control of you or the recipient.

Records kept separately from your content

We retain only the minimum transaction, credit, purchase, refund, reconciliation and related records required for applicable legal, tax, accounting, fraud, dispute and refund obligations. Their retention follows applicable legal and accounting requirements rather than a universal fixed period. We do not retain property photos or project content merely because financial records must be retained. Minimal deletion-control identifiers are retained for at least 90 days in a separate control system to prevent deleted data from becoming active after a restore. These identifiers are not described as anonymous. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage subscriptions through your Apple account to prevent renewal charges.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can update supported profile information and change device permissions in system Settings. Contact iriszmy@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or to ask about information we retain. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Do not email passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive documents. Applicable rights depend on your location and the law that applies.

Other disclosures and processing locations

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or protect rights and safety. Service providers may process information outside your state or country. This policy does not promise that all processing occurs in one location.
