Terms of Service

About these terms

MLS Ready is operated by League of Vision LLC in California, United States. These terms describe use of our photography services together with the prices and conditions shown for the service you select. Contact iriszmy@gmail.com with questions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your account and authority

You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service. Provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. If acting for a client, property owner or company, obtain authority to submit the photographs and request processing.

Photos and processing permission

You retain the rights you hold in your original photographs. You authorize us and our service providers to store, transmit and process the photos and instructions you submit to deliver the requested service. Only upload material you have permission to use. Property ownership alone does not establish copyright in a photograph.

Third-party image processing

Listing Photos enhancement uses Autoenhance.ai; Virtual Staging and AI Clean Up use OpenAI. Our Privacy Policy describes processing and retention. Autoenhance.ai's terms include rights to use submitted images and results for AI training and commercial promotional purposes, which may survive termination. Do not submit client images unless you have authority for the applicable processing and uses.

Review before publishing

AI output can contain errors or change the apparent condition of a property. Review every result against the original image and actual premises before publication. Do not use edits to conceal defects or misrepresent a property. Apply required virtual-staging and editing disclosures under your MLS, brokerage and advertising rules. MLS Ready does not guarantee acceptance by any MLS.

Previews, credits and downloads

The app displays the applicable credit charge before a paid action. A free preview does not include the right to remove a watermark or download an unpaid final image. Previously purchased deliverables can be downloaded again without another purchase while available in your account. Credit allocation, renewal and other applicable conditions are disclosed with the selected product. Keep your own copies of downloaded files.

Subscriptions and Apple purchases

Where available, Apple in-app purchases are processed through your Apple account. Review the localized price, billing period and included credits in the purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting your MLS Ready account does not cancel an Apple subscription. No subscription starts merely by viewing Plans.

Processing failures and payment questions

Contact support if processing fails, a purchased result cannot be delivered, or a charge appears incorrect. We will investigate and, where appropriate, recover the result, reprocess the request or restore affected credits. For Apple payment refunds, use Apple's refund request process. These processes do not limit your rights under applicable law.

Acceptable use and service availability

Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, bypass access or credit controls, or interfere with service security. Processing times are estimates and service may be interrupted. Features can vary by build. MLS Ready provides photography tools, not a property inspection, appraisal, brokerage service or legal assessment.

Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains the information we process and relevant provider practices. Use Account → Account Settings → Delete Account where available, or contact iriszmy@gmail.com for help. Downloaded or shared photos and certain required transaction records are handled separately as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes, providing notice and seeking consent where required. Updates do not remove mandatory rights or retroactively impose undisclosed purchase conditions. For service, billing or legal questions, contact League of Vision LLC at iriszmy@gmail.com.
